We’ll begin the course with glass noodle salad – a simple\, refreshing\, and popular Thai dish of mung bean noodles\, Thai herbs\, and other healthy ingredients\, all gluten-free. Next\, we’ll prepare Thai pineapple-fired rice\, a uniquely fragrant and exotic combination of jasmine rice\, pineapple\, dried fruit\, and spices.
