Bar service and beverage selections are available throughout the event.
Capacity:
Hands-on cooking stations for up to 15 participants.
Larger groups can enjoy cooking demonstrations or collaborative team cooking experiences.
Pricing:
$145.95 per guest including tax
Minimum 10 guests
Includes a three-hour hands-on cooking class featuring three dishes.

Booking Information
We recommend booking early, particularly during weekends and holiday seasons.
To begin planning your event, contact our team and we’ll guide you through menu selection, room layout, timing and every detail needed to create an exceptional experience.
Terms & Conditions
Booking Deposit
A deposit is required to confirm all private events. The deposit becomes non-refundable two weeks prior to the event.
Final Guest Count
Final guest numbers must be confirmed 7 days prior to the event. Billing will be based on the confirmed guest count.
Menu Confirmation
Final menu selections should be submitted at least 10 days before the event.
Dietary Restrictions
We are happy to accommodate allergies and dietary requirements whenever possible. Please notify us in advance.
Room Access
Access times for decorating or event setup can be arranged in advance and are subject to availability.
Outside Food & Beverage
Outside food and beverages are not permitted, with the exception of specialty celebration cakes (subject to approval). Cake plating fees may apply.
Decorations
Decorations are welcome provided they do not damage the venue. Confetti, glitter and open flames are not permitted.
Alcohol Service
All alcohol must be supplied and served by Food by Fanta in accordance with BC liquor regulations.
Pricing
All prices are subject to applicable taxes. A 20% gratuity will be added to private event bookings.
Cancellation Policy
Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event may be subject to additional charges based on costs already incurred.
