How many guests can you accommodate?
Our Academy Room accommodates up to 65 guests, depending on your event format.
Starts at $85 per head.
Can we customize the menu?
Absolutely. Every wedding menu is bespoke in collaboration with Chef Fanta.
Can we have speeches and music?
Yes. The room includes microphones, TVs and music capabilities.
Do you provide alcohol?
Yes, for additional cost. We offer full bar or table service with customized beverage packages.
Can we decorate the room?
Yes. You’re welcome to personalize the space within our decorating guidelines.
Wedding Terms & Conditions
Booking Deposit
A deposit is required to confirm all private events. The deposit becomes non-refundable two weeks prior to the event.
Final Guest Count
Final guest numbers must be confirmed 7 days prior to the event. Billing will be based on the confirmed guest count.
Menu Selection
Final menu selections should be submitted at least 10 days before the event.
Event Timeline
A detailed event schedule must be provided no later than 30 days prior to the wedding.
Decorations
Decorations are welcome.
The following are not permitted:
- Confetti
- Glitter
- Nails or screws in walls
- Open flames (unless approved)
- Smoke machines
- Sparkler exits indoors
Any damages resulting from decorations will be charged to the client.
Outside Vendors
Outside photographers, florists, DJs and wedding planners are welcome.
Vendor access times must be coordinated in advance.
Outside Food & Beverage
Outside food and beverages are not permitted.
Wedding cakes and specialty desserts may be approved in advance. Cake cutting/plating fees may apply.
Alcohol Service
All alcoholic beverages must be supplied and served by FANTA in accordance with BC liquor regulations. Guests showing signs of intoxication may be refused service.
$35 corkage fee for wine
Event Duration
Private wedding bookings include an agreed-upon event duration.
Additional time may be available at an hourly rate, subject to availability.
Cancellation Policy
Deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellations made within 30 days of the event may be subject to additional charges based on confirmed guest count and vendor commitments.
Damage & Liability
The booking party accepts responsibility for any damage caused by guests, vendors or decorations during the event.
Pricing
All prices are subject to GST, applicable taxes and a 20% service gratuity.
