Yum Som-O (Pomelo Salad) – A refreshing Thai salad featuring juicy pomelo tossed with fresh herbs, lime, and a light dressing that balances sweet, sour, and savoury flavours.
Pad Woon Sen (Stir-Fried Glass Noodles) – Silky glass noodles stir-fried with vegetables, egg, and savoury seasonings, creating a comforting and flavourful dish with a delicate texture.
Mango Sticky Rice – Thailand’s most iconic dessert: sweet coconut sticky rice served with ripe mango and a drizzle of rich coconut cream.

Cooking class registrations are non-refundable but may be transferred with no fees 2 weeks before the date of the class. A $10 fee will be charged for transfers up to 3 days before the class.
