Travel to northern Thailand with a class built around rich, comforting flavours. You’ll learn three varied dishes: a fresh and fragrant wrap, a legendary curried noodle soup, and a wok-fried favourite loved the world over.
It’s a class full of texture and warmth — perfect for a cooler evening.
Limited to 14 people per class.
Menu
Thai Lettuce Wraps – Crisp lettuce cups filled with savoury, herb-packed minced meat and a zesty Thai dressing.
Khao Soi (ข้าวซอย) – Northern Thailand’s famous curried noodle soup, with soft and crispy egg noodles in a coconut curry broth, topped with pickles and lime.
Chicken with Cashew Nuts (Gai Pad Med Mamuang – ไก่ผัดเม็ดมะม่วงหิมพานต์) – Stir-fried chicken with roasted cashews, dried chillies, onions, and a savoury-sweet sauce.

Cooking class registrations are non-refundable but may be transferred with no fees 2 weeks before the date of the class. A $10 fee will be charged for transfers up to 3 days before the class.
