This class is for those who love big, fiery flavours. You’ll learn three dishes that show off Thailand’s love of chilli, herbs, and aromatic curry — from a punchy fruit salad to a rich, nutty curry.
Expect heat, fragrance, and the kind of deep flavour that keeps you reaching for more.
Limited to 14 people per class.
Menu
Mixed Fruit Salad (Tam Polamai – ตำผลไม้) – A spicy-sweet twist on som tam, pounding fresh seasonal fruits with lime, chilli, and a savoury dressing.
Drunken Noodles (Pad Kee Mao – ผัดขี้เมา) – Wide rice noodles stir-fried with chilli, garlic, and holy basil for a fiery, fragrant kick.
Panang Curry (พะแนง) – A rich, slightly sweet curry with creamy coconut milk, peanuts, and tender meat — milder than most but deeply aromatic.

Cooking class registrations are non-refundable but may be transferred with no fees 2 weeks before the date of the class. A $10 fee will be charged for transfers up to 3 days before the class.
