Discover the dishes Thai families and street vendors cook every day. You’ll learn three crowd-pleasing recipes: a crisp starter, a savoury noodle stir-fry, and a warm, comforting dessert.
These are the flavours of a Thai home kitchen — simple, satisfying, and made for sharing.
Limited to 14 people per class.
Menu
Thai Spring Rolls (Por Pia – ปอเปี๊ยะ) – Crisp golden rolls filled with vegetables and glass noodles, served with a sweet chilli dipping sauce.
Pad See Ew (ผัดซีอิ๊ว) – Wide rice noodles stir-fried in dark soy sauce with egg and Chinese broccoli, carrying that smoky char straight from the wok.
Taro & Tapioca in Coconut Milk (Sakoo Peuak – สาคูเผือก) – A warm, sweet dessert of soft taro and chewy tapioca pearls in fragrant coconut milk.

Cooking class registrations are non-refundable but may be transferred with no fees 2 weeks before the date of the class. A $10 fee will be charged for transfers up to 3 days before the class.
