Join us for a hands-on class celebrating the dishes that carried Thai cuisine around the world. You’ll learn three of the country’s most iconic recipes, each built on the signature Thai harmony of sweet, sour, salty, and spicy.
From the fresh crunch of green papaya salad to the comforting tangle of stir-fried noodles, this is the perfect starting point for anyone who loves Thai food!
Limited to 14 people per class.
Menu
Som Tam (Thai Papaya Salad – ส้มตำ) – A lively, refreshing salad of shredded green papaya pounded with lime, fish sauce, chillies, palm sugar, and tomato.
Pad Thai (ผัดไทย) – Thailand’s famous stir-fried rice noodles with egg, tofu, and tamarind, finished with crushed peanuts and lime.
Mango Sticky Rice (Khao Niao Mamuang – ข้าวเหนียวมะม่วง) – Sweet coconut sticky rice served with ripe mango and a drizzle of salted coconut cream.

Cooking class registrations are non-refundable but may be transferred with no fees 2 weeks before the date of the class. A $10 fee will be charged for transfers up to 3 days before the class.
