Tropical Thai Cooking with Chef Tom!
Join Chef Tom for a fun and flavourful cooking class inspired by the sunny tastes of Thailand’s tropics! You’ll learn to make Yum Som O (a refreshing pomelo salad), Yellow Curry, and Pineapple Fried Rice — a trio of dishes that perfectly blend sweet, sour, and savoury flavours. With Chef Tom’s guidance and expert tips, you will discover how simple and enjoyable it can be to bring a taste of Thailand into your own kitchen.
Limited to 14 people per class.

Yum Som O (Pomelo Salad)
A bright and refreshing salad of pomelo, toasted coconut, herbs, and a touch of chili. The perfect balance of sweet, sour, and savoury flavours showcases the lighter side of Thai cuisine.
Yellow Curry
A smooth, coconut-based curry gently spiced with turmeric and aromatics. Served with tender vegetables and your choice of protein, this is a comforting and well-rounded dish!
Pineapple Fried Rice
Fragrant jasmine rice stir-fried with sweet pineapple, cashews, and a hint of curry powder. A colourful, satisfying dish that highlights Thailand’s love of sweet and savoury harmony.

Terms & Conditions
Cooking class registrations are non-refundable, but may be transferred with no fees 2 weeks before the date of the class. A $10 fee will be charged for transfers up to 3 days before the class. No refund will be issued for cancellations within 3 days of the class. A minimum number of registrations is required for the class to proceed. Please contact us if you have any questions.
