Green Curry – A Thai classic that’s rich, fragrant, and bursting with flavour. This creamy curry features tender pieces of protein or vegetables simmered in a vibrant green curry paste made from fresh herbs, green chillies, and aromatic spices. Paired with coconut milk and fresh Thai basil, it strikes the perfect balance of spicy, sweet, and savoury notes, making it a comforting and irresistible dish.
Drunken Noodles – Bold, spicy, and packed with umami, Drunken Noodles are a stir-fried sensation. This dish delivers a flavorful punch with every bite, featuring wide rice noodles tossed with tender protein, crisp vegetables, Thai chillies, and a savoury sauce. Despite the name, there’s no alcohol involved—just a burst of bold flavours that are as intoxicating as they are delicious.
Chicken Cashew Nut – A crowd-pleasing stir-fry that is equal parts nutty, savoury, and sweet. Succulent chicken, cooked to perfection and combined with roasted cashews, colourful bell peppers, and a luscious sauce made with soy, oyster sauce, and a hint of sweetness. Cooking class registrations are non-refundable, but may be transferred with no fees 2 weeks prior to the date of the class. A $10 fee will be charged for transfers up to 3 days prior to the class. No refund will be issued for cancellations within 3 days of the class. A minimum number of registrations is required for the class to proceed. Please contact us if you have any questions.
