Pad Thai – Thailand’s most beloved noodle dish—rice noodles stir-fried with tamarind sauce, tofu, egg, bean sprouts, and roasted peanuts. This street food classic is a perfect harmony of sweet, sour, salty, and umami.
Yellow Curry – A warm and aromatic curry made with a blend of turmeric, coconut milk, and Thai spices. Served with tender chicken or vegetables, this dish is mellow, fragrant, and deeply satisfying.
Mango Sticky Rice – A sweet and satisfying Thai dessert made with glutinous rice, creamy coconut milk, and ripe mango slices—simple, elegant, and the perfect ending to your meal.

Cooking class registrations are non-refundable but may be transferred with no fees 2 weeks before the date of the class. A $10 fee will be charged for transfers up to 3 days before the class.
