Mixed Fruits & Veggies Som Tom – A refreshing twist on Thailand’s iconic papaya salad—this version combines crisp vegetables with seasonal fruits for a vibrant balance of crunch, tang, and natural sweetness, all tossed in a zesty Thai-style dressing.
Mussaman Curry – One of Thailand’s most beloved curries, Mussaman is rich and fragrant, with tender meat simmered in a creamy coconut milk sauce infused with warm spices, peanuts, and potatoes. Comforting and deeply flavorful.
Pad Thai Woon Sen – A lighter take on the world-famous Pad Thai, made with delicate glass noodles stir-fried with fresh vegetables, egg, and a savoury-sweet tamarind sauce. A perfect balance of textures and flavours in every bite.

Cooking class registrations are non-refundable, but may be transferred with no fees 2 weeks before the date of the class. A $10 fee will be charged for transfers up to 3 days before the class.
