Yum Soon Sen Salad – In this dish, you’ll explore the vibrant flavors of Yum Soon Sen, a refreshing salad made with glass noodles, shrimp, fresh herbs, and a tangy lime dressing. This salad offers a delightful balance of flavors and textures, perfect for a light and satisfying start.
Horh-Mok Talay – Learn to prepare Horh-Mok Talay, a flavorful Thai seafood curry custard. This dish features a mix of fresh seafood, including fish, shrimp, and squid, steamed with a fragrant blend of red curry paste and coconut milk, wrapped in banana leaves. It’s a visually stunning and richly flavored dish that showcases the essence of Thai seafood cuisine.
Taro/Pumpkin/Yam in Coconut Milk – We’ll finish with a traditional Thai dessert, Taro, Pumpkin, or Yam in Coconut Milk. This comforting dish combines creamy coconut milk with tender pieces of taro, pumpkin, or yam, creating a sweet and satisfying end to our meal.

Cooking class registrations are non-refundable, but may be transferred with no fees 2 weeks before the date of the class. A $10 fee will be charged for transfers up to 3 days before the class. No refund will be issued for cancellations within 3 days of the class. A minimum number of registrations is required for the class to proceed. Please contact us if you have any questions.
