This salad combines shredded green papaya with a vibrant mix of carrots, tomatoes, green beans, and peanuts, tossed in an irresistible dressing made from lime juice, fish sauce, and a hint of palm sugar. The result is a crunchy, zesty, and slightly spicy salad that’s as addictive as it is nutritious.
