Join us for a class inspired by Thailand’s vibrant street food culture. You’ll learn how to make two of the country’s most iconic dishes, known for their bold flavours and satisfying simplicity.
From the bright heat of papaya salad to the aromatic punch of basil stir-fry, these dishes capture the heart of Thai street cooking.
Limited to 14 people per class.
Menu
Som Tam (Thai Papaya Salad – ส้มตำ) – A lively and refreshing salad made with shredded green papaya, lime, fish sauce, chillies, and palm sugar.
Pad Kra-Pao (Thai Basil Stir-Fry – ข้าวผัดกะเพรา) – A bold and savoury stir-fry made with minced meat, garlic, chillies, and fragrant Thai basil.
Mango Sticky Rice (ข้าวเหนียวมะม่วง) – Sweet coconut sticky rice served with ripe mango and coconut cream.

Cooking class registrations are non-refundable but may be transferred with no fees 2 weeks before the date of the class. A $10 fee will be charged for transfers up to 3 days before the class.
