Tom Kha Gai Soup – A creamy, aromatic coconut soup infused with galangal, lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, and tender chicken. Comforting, bright, and beautifully balanced.

Green Curry Chicken with Khanom Jeen – A classic Thai green curry simmered with fresh herbs, chillies, coconut milk, and chicken, served with soft, delicate fermented rice noodles (khanom jeen). Silky, fragrant, and deeply satisfying.

Pad Kra Pow with Kai Dao – Thailand’s ultimate street-food stir-fry. Holy basil, garlic, and chillies tossed with your choice of protein, served with rice and topped with a perfectly crispy fried egg.

Cooking class registrations are non-refundable, but may be transferred with no fees 2 weeks before the date of the class. A $10 fee will be charged for transfers up to 3 days before the class.
