Tom Yum Goong – A bright and spicy shrimp soup infused with lemongrass, galangal, and kaffir lime. Tangy, aromatic, and unmistakably Thai.

Panang Curry – A luscious, mildly spicy curry that’s rich with coconut, peanuts, and fragrant red curry paste. Creamy, nutty, and beautifully aromatic.

Pad See-Ew – A beloved stir-fried noodle dish featuring wide rice noodles, Chinese broccoli, and savoury soy-based sauce. Smoky, chewy, and full of umami.

Cooking class registrations are non-refundable, but may be transferred with no fees 2 weeks before the date of the class. A $10 fee will be charged for transfers up to 3 days before the class. A minimum number of registrations is required for the class to proceed. Don’t hesitate to get in touch with us if you have any questions!
