Beef Salad (Yum Nua) – A refreshing yet bold salad made with grilled beef, lime juice, fish sauce, herbs, and chillies. Zesty, savoury, and absolutely addictive.
Massaman Curry – A mild, rich curry blending Thai and Persian influences. Tender meat simmered in coconut milk with potatoes, onions, roasted peanuts, and aromatic spices. Creamy, warm, and beautifully fragrant.
Tom Yum Fried Rice – A flavour-packed fried rice infused with classic Tom Yum aromatics: lemongrass, lime, garlic, and chilli. Tangy, savoury, and wonderfully aromatic.

Cooking class registrations are non-refundable, but may be transferred with no fees 2 weeks before the date of the class. A $10 fee will be charged for transfers up to 3 days before the class.
