Thai Spring Rolls – Crispy golden rolls filled with vegetables and savoury fillings, served with a classic dipping sauce.
Green Curry – A fragrant Thai curry made with green curry paste, coconut milk, herbs, and tender meat or vegetables.
Mango Sticky Rice – Thailand’s iconic dessert of sweet coconut sticky rice and ripe mango.

Cooking class registrations are non-refundable but may be transferred with no fees 2 weeks before the date of the class. A $10 fee will be charged for transfers up to 3 days before the class.
