Celebrate the flavours of summer with Chef Tom in this vibrant and hands-on Thai cooking class, where you’ll learn to create three iconic dishes that are perfect for warm-weather dining: Papaya Salad, Khao Soi Chicken, and Mango Sticky Rice.

Papaya Salad (Som Tum) – A bright and zesty Thai classic made with shredded green papaya, tomatoes, green beans, garlic, lime, chili, and peanuts—pounded together for a refreshing and bold appetizer that wakes up your palate.
Khao Soi Chicken – Northern Thailand’s beloved noodle curry dish—featuring tender chicken in a rich, coconut-based curry broth served over soft egg noodles, topped with crispy noodles, pickled mustard greens, and fresh lime.
Mango Sticky Rice – A sweet and satisfying Thai dessert made with glutinous rice, creamy coconut milk, and ripe mango slices—simple, elegant, and the perfect ending to your meal.

Cooking class registrations are non-refundable but may be transferred with no fees 2 weeks before the date of the class. A $10 fee will be charged for transfers up to 3 days before the class.
