From the crisp textures of banana blossom salad to Thailand’s most famous noodle dish and a classic sweet finish, this class is perfect for anyone who loves bold and authentic flavours.

Menu
Banana Blossom Salad – A unique Thai salad made with tender banana blossom, fresh herbs, lime, and a bright dressing that highlights Thailand’s signature flavour balance.
Pad Thai – Thailand’s most famous noodle dish, featuring stir-fried rice noodles tossed in a tangy tamarind sauce with egg, tofu, bean sprouts, and your choice of protein.
Mango Sticky Rice – A beloved Thai dessert of sweet coconut sticky rice paired with perfectly ripe mango.

Cooking class registrations are non-refundable but may be transferred with no fees 2 weeks before the date of the class. A $10 fee will be charged for transfers up to 3 days before the class.
