Som Tum (Green Papaya Salad) – Som Tum, a quintessential Thai street food dish known for its bold, refreshing flavours. This salad combines shredded green papaya with a vibrant mix of carrots, tomatoes, green beans, and peanuts, tossed in an irresistible dressing made from lime juice, fish sauce, and a hint of palm sugar. Pineapple Fried Rice – Thai Pineapple Fried Rice, is a dish that beautifully marries the sweetness of pineapple with the savoury depth of fried rice. This dish is a symphony of flavours, featuring succulent shrimp, juicy pineapple chunks, peas, carrots, and cashew nuts, all stir-fried with jasmine rice and a special blend of Thai spices. Sweet Sticky Rice with Mango – Conclude your culinary adventure on a sweet note with this beloved Thai dessert. Cooking class registrations are non-refundable, but may be transferred with no fees 2 before or to the date of the class. A $10 fee will be charged for transfers up to 3 before the class.
